Unit was just like described. Easy access/check in.

Family of 4 adults and 4 kids Positive: The location to the strawberry festival was great. It had enough space and sitting in the living room. Dinning room table was cozy. Enough room to fit all cars and bouns for the garage which was excellent. Bathrooms, washer amd dryer was great. Neighbors were friendly. Negative: The flooring was a hazard for the little ones it did shift and it did have patches in the house. The handle was broke on the dishwasher so we had to wash everything by hand. You can see there was alot of patch work done. The house does need repair. Especially the fence in the backyard that I think the dog chewing. You can see the dog whole head and that was a saftey (hazard) for the kids.

I loved the house. I could picture myself living there.. I loved all the decorations and showers had very good water pressure. the beds were comfy. yard was kept clean and yard was cut no clutter in house very easy check out instructions. would definitely stay again

David's property boasts a great location and is tastefully decorated. This property has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from improved maintenance to ensure it is ready for future guests.

Great quiet place to stay. My only request would be a better stocked kitchen. At a minimum a cheese grater, more measuring items, crock pot and a blender.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place was squeaky clean and I felt right a home. All of his instructions and rules were easy to follow and led me and my guest to have a very nice time. I highly recommend this spot to anyone coming to hammond.

We are making our way West on an extended vacation and needed a place to lay our heads for the night. This place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, minutes from I-12. I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was very clean, all the linens were super soft and every piece of furniture was VERY comfortable. It very much so felt like "home". For sure, would book again!

Our stay at David’s place was comfortable, but there were a few issues that could have been improved. We were told that salt, oil, and pepper would be provided, but we couldn't find any of these items. Additionally, the host’s instructions were not very clear. For example, he mentioned there were 3 queen beds, but it wasn’t communicated that one was a pull-out couch. When I asked for clarification, the host seemed uninterested and came off as rude, which made communication a bit unpleasant. A little more helpfulness from the host would have made the experience better.

Great place! Felt right at home. Had everything we needed. Clean and in a good location. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Beds were comfortable and use of the garage was helpful.
