We only stayed one night as a stop on our road trip, but it was exactly what we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and made for a great night’s rest before getting back on the road. Check-in was easy, and everything went smoothly.

This is a double wide in a pretty private area. The inside of the house is customized beautifully! Plumbing is definitely an issue, where you have to try plunging after every use. Communication was great. Having to call for plumbing twice could definitely be a nuisance. With 11 people having to use the master. There is a sewage smell outside with a mildew smell inside. Many things inside need repairing. The front porch area was great, except for the light from the camera is continuously going on and off, anytime a person moves. Overall it was ok.

My mother tried to rent this place thru Klarna and was having some issues. David was super patient and kept working with her to find a solution. We picked this location because we have a large family and the house had so much space we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. We occupied every bed in the house and every person mentioned how good they slept. It rained while we were there so we did not get to utilize it but the back yard is huge and the perfect spot to throw a football or kick a ball around. Because of having a large family, I always stress about how loud we are to the neighbors. Not here, the neighbors are a good distance away so I was able to not worry. If you need lots of space and pretty good privacy, this is the spot for you! Oh... and the check out list is quick and simple and the rules are so within reason you dont feel like you're walking on eggshells in someone's home. Thank you, David!

The place was spacious and quiet. We loved the solitude. One downside is that cell service was spotty as well as the internet. We brought our own Starlink, so it wasn't an issue once we got it hooked up. Other than that I would definitely stay there again. Loved it and highly recommend.

the house itself was fine. we had 6 people it said had grill which host later said was broken. so that took away outside grilling. then inside it slept 8 but there weren't dishes for 8 which we had 6 and I bought things to accommodate what we didnt have. the cleaning of the place was underrated. there was still a half eaten apple in game room on shelf and the master bathroom smelt of urine. the shampoo ,conditioner and body wash compliments were empty or half empty so they were used which felt weird. one bed was broke at bottom very visible and the master bed seemed to be slanted like the head may have been broke or off balance. other than that no complaints beautiful home nice quiet neighborhood. close to stores with easy access..

We stayed here for work and my 8 employees fit perfectly. We did have issues getting the TVs to work and I asked him is there anything specific we should be doing and he responded they should work. I thought well I sure hope they do lol after texting him again they did not work he said to unplug all of them and then it worked. The issue was the internet did not work good at all. We couldn’t even watch anything after getting them on because it kept freezing. The house needs dusting but other than that it was clean.

As a family of 12, this home was spacious and accommodating. We loved the location. The beds were comfortable. The kids really appreciated the foos ball table and games provided. We would rent this home again

This place was everything we needed for the night before my wedding. I stayed here with 9 adults and 1 baby and we all had a bed, and everyone was comfy. The house is sooo spacious, and in no way were we on top of each other. Could’ve stayed here for a week! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures, and everything worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, surrounded by trees. For the amount of people that were able to stay and be comfortable—what an amazing price!!! Forget hotel blocks, send your family here to stay during your wedding!!

The Mark House is fantastic! It is very spacious and had plenty of room for our large family. We were in the area for a wedding and this was so much better than having hotel rooms. It is very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the many decorative touches that were just right to make it feel like a home without making it feel like we’re in a someone else’s home. The large backyard was perfect for our dog to get some exercise. We especially enjoyed the large porches on the front and the back. The owner was very kind and quickly responded to all messages regarding our reservation and during our stay. There are several stores and restaurants just five minutes away. We highly recommend!

We were a large group and this house had plenty of inside and outside space. We had mostly everything we needed. The house can use a deep cleaning and dusting. Overall things were good until our last night stay. Someone came to the house beating on the door, covered from head to toe in a jumpsuit with a blinking mask on their face . With what appeared to be a stick in their hand. Before leaving the porch he placed a note on the pillow that read NIGGA GET OUT! He left the driveway and walked up the street. David and the police were called. Once the police got there he asked what was going on I told him, he never took a statement from anyone at the property. He stated he had never been in that area before. But didn’t seem concerned at all. So I asked if he could stay around until we packed up to leave. THE POLICE said these exact words to me. “I only had 12 minutes” he could give us to leave. So if you are going to stay in that area please be aware of the location and surroundings.

David was a great host! We check in Friday evening and realized we might need to extend our stay, I message him to see if that was a possibility and he made it happen with no issues! It was big enough to accommodate our big crew and was close enough to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

The Mark House is on a quiet road. Decor is tasteful and thoughtful. The beds are comfortable with new linen and pillows (+extra linen and pillows.) There are lots of new towels. The living rooms have comfortable furniture. The AC works well and there are also working ceiling fans. There's a nice amount of dishes and flatware as well as pots, pans, and skillets. A Keurig is provided with a nice selection of coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast and strong. The "house rules" and expectations at check-out are simple and very reasonable. A really nice touch was the provision of bottled water. There are a few simple repairs that are needed (some missing tiles, kitchen sink needs to be replaced, toilet paper holder in master bath is missing). I marked the place down on cleanliness because of cobwebs in the master bath, its closets, and the sandy floors. I swept, mopped, and vacuumed with provided supplies. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
