September 2026 5.00The Eastgate apartment 9A was perfect. The apartment matched the pictures. David is an amazing host, and definitely will book again if I’m in the area. The area was very peaceful and quiet. It’s very cozy. Sometime during the stay I forgot I had to leave. It’s a 10/10 for me. Enjoy this beautiful place if in the area.

There were a few nitpicky things, but we spent a week and a half there while I was recovering from surgery, so you tend to notice more. The only issue I would call out is that there wasn't a dedicated workspace as the listing described, but my husband was able to work from the dining room table. Overall, excellent, David is very responsive and helpful. It was an extremely affordable and comfortable place to spend 1½ weeks. We would stay there again.
