June 2026 4.00David actually reached out to me about the garbage disposal not working so that was a plus. Not everyone does that the location and space was great. The AC controls I’m not a fan of because it kept adjusting back up to 78 which I completely understand for business purposes but waking up hot…. And the beds were a little on more firm than my back could take. But overall if you have a big family and a pet it was just right. I will consider renting from David again.
