This venue is described very accurately! The 3 br unit was clean, neat, quiet, comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood! If I ever visit this area again, I will most definitely search units managed by David!

Property was decent and pretty accurately described. It was a nice house in a community that had other rentals on site and had most of the amenities we needed. This one was better than the others though because it had a garage. Now for the cons: I brought up the issues with both toilets having problems upon check-in; one did not flush and the reserve tank would not fill up with water. The other was practically detached from the ground, causing you to wobble when sitting on it. When I brought up the issue again the next day, I felt like I got an AI response initially. Eventually, the owner did contact me and asked me whether or not I wanted them to come and fix it - but it was about 2 hours after we had long checked out.Despite the niceties of the property, I can tell this is a business hence the multiple VRBO rentals in the same community and I'm assuming they have a pretty rigid cleaning schedule for all of them. The problem with the cleaning is that they drown all the sheets, linens, and blankets with a very strong chemical-infused laundry detergent. It was so strong, we all had trouble sleeping, and had severe headaches from the smell. It was so strong, it would linger on our skin and all of our stuff if we laid them on top of the sheets or beds. It's been a week and my stuff still smells like the detergent, and I'm home now. Funny enough, we also found out later that our toilet paper was also scented. I know some people are sensitive to that. So this review is for you

The house was beautiful the beds were comfortable the patio needed some cleaning for cobwebby. The main bathroom toilet was not attached to the floor so it rocked. The garage doesn't always like to close after it's open. Other than that it was perfect I would stay there again

great place to stay and close to downtown!

We stayed at this house for a wedding. There were four adults and we were all very comfortable. The place was clean and it’s close to some awesome restaurants. I grew up nearby so it was fun visiting all my old haunts.

The unit was perfect for our group’s needs. House was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The host gave us all the instructions very clearly and precise regarding the rental of the unit.

The place was pretty good. Spacious, well maintained, well described. Roads were nice, a townhouse locality, so felt safe.

Served our purpose for the one night we stayed. Easy to get to. Enough seating for our family of 6 to relax for a little bit. Our 13 week old puppy’s first overnighter away from home and she adjusted really good. Roomy bedrooms. Little dusty on floor behind chairs in master bedroom.

David communicated very well from beginning of booking to check out. Check in/out instructions clearly defined. Aside from some minor housekeeping things (previously discussed with David), the house was neat and cozy. Slept six easily, enough parking for a large SUV & sedan, and quiet neighborhood. I'd book again.

I highly recommend this property. It is a beautiful place with plenty of room for kids to play. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. We had ample parking, including the garage. The host was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful.

Everything was great about the home. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had everything I needed and more love the outside entrance in the master bedroom. Everything was great.

Squeaky clean. the host thought of everything. firm, comfortable mattresses. sturdy furniture. tvs for relaxing after a long drive. cool ac. 10/10 would recommend and will stay next time we are in the area for sports! thank you

Nice clean place, quiet neighborhood

David's place was a perfect fit for our family. We were moving our daughter into SLU this weekend, and the accommodations were absolutely perfect! The bedrooms were just perfect, and the decor was simple and wonderful. We had plenty of room with the 7 of us, and would definitely stay here again. David is a great host, and this place will not disappoint! TVs in all the rooms if you like to fall asleep with the TV on. Great neighborhood, quiet surroundings, wonderful stay!

The only problem was the bathrooms wasn’t to clean but over all we had a great stay awesome location I’ll sure book with Dave again

Great stay and host

Needed a weekend getaway and this was perfect! Quiet and peaceful and a gorgeous little duplex that was surprisingly roomy enough for my family of 6 plus our 2 furry family members. David our host was very attentive to any questions with very prompt response times. If I’m ever back in this neck of the woods I know where I’m staying 😄

Comfortable place for wife and friends to use as base for mission trip

Spacious, clean & quiet place to stay! We stayed here instead of a hotel room while we were in the area for travel ball tournament. Would recommend to family/friends & would stay again!

The house was clean and mostly well stocked. There was a garage door open provided .It was a definite plus that we were able to park in the garage.

I rented this for some out-of-town specialized labor (3 men). They raved over how well everything went with David and the air bnb. They were very appreciative that I would rent a place where each had his own bedroom. The place was immaculate. The garage door remote didn't work and David got on it straight away. You simply can't ask for anything extra that David didn't provide. It was a great experience for them and it made me, as their boss, look like I cared about my freelancers (which I do). Kudos David! Well, done.

Always a great place to stay!!

As stated it’s a townhouse, it has a shared backyard so no real area for your dog to run or relax. The shower head while it’s update that’s the only part that was. Low water pressure. The primary/ master bed is small and very firm woke up very sore and I think the bed is on top of a cardboard frame?. I didn’t need them as I was passing through Louisiana the home doesn’t have any spices or much kitchenware so bring your own!

The place was very clean and easy to get to. It was minutes away from downtown. I will definitely book again.
