When I first arrived at original site I chose it was dirty!! Got switched to another one, but the home was beautiful just neighbors were loud, music was too loud, internet stopped working so couldn’t watch tv for hours then microwave went out and had to get another brought to home. I would recommend DAVID again just not exactly that location. Definitely would have to check area again! Overall at least Mother’s Day weekend was okay!! Just wish it had been better and for the price of it definitely things should have been better! Felt like for the inconveniences a credit back should have been given. He responds well and in a decent amount of time! This is by far a Great host!!

We stayed here while my son had a football tournament. Perfect location, in a very safe area. Lots of room in the home. Thank you, we will be back.

Good location/accommodation. Bring your own internet. Positive: Host was very responsive to texts/messages. Accommodations were generally as advertised. Negative: The Internet was terrible. The host came by the property to "fix" it, but it was no better afterward. The router location is poor for the application, and the router system is too weak in general. TV's were "smart," but they were useless due to how poor the wifi was in an area where the internet was already hard to access through cellular technology. Host needs to make a disclaimer that both cell reception around the location and the wifi at the location are unreliable. We needed to bring our Starlink, and we would've if we had been informed it was needed ahead of time. The only other thing we didn't like is that there was a pool of dirty water in the tub when we got there. My daughter also found a dead bug on her bed, suggesting the location may not have been recently cleaned.

Host was responsive. Air bnb was easy to find

This is my family’s second time to stay. We absolutely love it! The past stay there were a few very loud parties. The police seemed to disperse them. I would still recommend staying here.

David was very nice and helpful. His home was super clean and was perfect for my little family and I. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends. Thanks David!!
