Thank you for your hospitality and kindness, we were only there briefly but we knew what to expect. We have stayed with you before and we loved it so when we had to come back down for the the family service we immediately thought about your place. The stay overall was nice and the host was responsive. The location was convenient and check-in was easy. There were a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that ruined the experience. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

Overall my stay went well. The place was clean and a really nice neighborhood. The WiFi was either slow at times or didn’t work at all so we didn’t watch tv during this stay. But everything else besides that was excellent. I would stay again especially if the WiFi gets fixed. Thanks

Rhis was a last minute booking due to not being able to stay at the one i had already booked. It was very clean, great neighborhood. Felt very comfortable staying there by myself. Host was easy to reach out to and fast communication. Will be staying there again.

This place was awesome. Really cozy and furnished very well. Perfect overnight stay for a group of people on a budget. Location feels like it is in the middle of nowhere but is only 15/20 mins from Hammond and Albany. The checkout instructions were very simple unlike other airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Much better than a hotel room. 10/10 recommend.

#15 was a great back of the lot middle section! Never have had any issues with #15 beds are great clean nice big bath tub shower good pressure and two bedrooms make nice for traveling with fur babies

Always a pleasure stay here we have a peace of mind each time we pass through in travel to Florida. Beds are always comfortable, clean and peaceful place. There are no back fence on any of the properties at the time of our stay but have never been a problem in the past. You can’t go wrong booking here

Great place to stay in. Safe-Feels like home-clean and equipt with basic essentials (Coffee) cooking supplies, wifi. Well furnished and situated conveniently to local stores. Owner/ staff is attentive and available. Smooth transition from booking to checking out. I seriously wouldnt mind living here long term!

Stay Was Great . Home Was So Clean

The actual place was beautiful! Definitely what I want my future house to look like. I love how the little community was private and out of the way. It was the perfect weekend getaway! Couldn’t have imagined a better birthday surprise. David was very communicable and left very detailed instructions on how to get to the house, as well as how check in and check out procedures work. He was an amazing host, and if we find ourselves in Tickfaw again, we will be staying again!
