Nice quiet stay. Would recommend

We are always returning customers to these little chateaus and have never had trouble. This time, the bedding hadn’t been washed and had pet hair all over both couches. The cups on the counter had spider webs on them and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The power went out at 10:30am and didn’t come back on until 8:30pm. It was so hot, I messaged the owner and asked if there was anything else available since we had an infant with us but everything was booked. Would have been thoughtful had the owner offered some kind of compensation for us having to stay gone all day. Not sure that we will be renting these going forward.

He was very rude & unprofessional I texted him about the cat hair had me itching all night he claim it didn’t I even sent evidence and all to prove it then blamed me for sewer thing he claim was broke but I also told him that was before I check in and he don’t want to just own up about everything

David was very helpful and kind. He accommodated our last minute reservation and contacted us to ensure everything was ready for our arrival so that we can get rest for the night as we were traveling.

Our stay was wonderful. The area was nice and quiet. Positive: It was nice and clean. It felt like home. And the pictures are exactly what the house looks like. No fake advertising. Negative: The bathroom door was kinda hard to close. Everytime someone went to the bathroom it woke me up. It just needs more towels and a tv in the other room.

The sofa was terrible with trash, the curtains were stained, nightstand and the edge of the bed were full filled with dust and hair, the kitchen floor oiled. This is the worst Airbnb I’ve ever been.

The place was beautiful and just like the pictures. Our only complaint is that the weather stripping should be updated and the host should spray for bugs as we saw multiple spiders. I let the host know and never got a response.

A cute little house out in the country, in a nice cluster of 18 or so houses. Some cleanliness issues when we first arrived were corrected quickly, minor maintenance issues. High ceilings, beautiful stamped concrete floors, nice furnishings. 3 TV's and washer/ dryer a plus!

Awesome local, close to NOLA and Gulfport MS. A few dishes were massively dirty and the tub filthy upon arrival otherwise a nice place and awesome little back yard for my pup to play.

David's is a a great place to stay. It was just a few minutes from where a wedding was taking place that my son and his girlfriend were attending. Knowing they could stay so close and wouldn't have a long drive back afterwards was a great peace of mind. Very nice places to stay, especially instead of the nearest hotel!
